About Accademia del Caffè Espresso
Accademia del Caffè Espresso is a cultural hub focused on understanding and promoting espresso coffee.
Housed in the old La Marzocco’s factory, Accademia is a multi-purpose center containing: La Marzocco’s company museum and historical archive, an indoor coffee plantation, research and education laboratories, and the Officine Fratelli Bambi – a workshop dedicated to craftsmanship and artistry, producing bespoke espresso machines.

Lab and Training
3 labs (roasting, cupping and sensory) focused on providing insights into and conducting studies on coffee throughout all stages of processing, from bean to cup. The labs are designed to accommodate different levels of training and expertise.

A workshop dedicated to craftsmanship and artistry, Officine Fratelli Bambi offers artisanal and bespoke espresso machines. Handmade exclusively for you by our team of highly skilled craftsmen and designers.

Accademia is a place of sharing and exchanging. Its multifunctional spaces are also available to hire for events and meetings. From the laboratories, to training and meeting rooms, to the entire building, Accademia’s spaces can be hired for small and large events.
