Accademia Returns to “Sale”
A look back at the third edition of the neighborhood festival with Teatro del Sale

There’s something magical in the energy that flows through Sant’Ambrogio when the neighborhood comes together to celebrate its community. And this year, that magic returned once again with the third edition of Sale, Sant’Ambrogio in Festival—the local celebration organized by Teatro del Sale.

For us at the Accademia del Caffè Espresso, it was a pleasure to take part in this collective festivity. It was an opportunity to open our doors and share the world behind every cup of coffee.

Throughout the day, coffee became the center of a story told through words, aromas, and human connection. Within the Orto Volante—a market of producers united by a shared commitment to sustainability and biodynamics—we celebrated craftsmanship by offering tastings of our products, the result of research and passion from our labs and kitchen.

And of course, there was “Turn up the Heat,” the roasting workshop curated by our coffee team. Many participants had the chance to roast their own coffee on a small professional machine, guided and advised by our experts.
