Everyday Icons: celebrating Italian craftsmanship
At Accademia, craftsmanship is a universal language made of gestures, time, and dedication. With Everyday Icons, we wanted to pay tribute to those who, every day, transform raw materials into culture: producers, artisans, and thinkers who believe in the value of doing things well — with care, integrity, and passion.
The morning opened with a series of inspiring talks that invited the audience to reflect on the contemporary meaning of craftsmanship.
On stage, Adriano Zago, enologist, biodynamic consultant and founder of Cambium Farm; Pasquale Polito, founder of Forno Brisa; Dianora Corsini, owner of Trebbio, olive oil producer and guardian of agricultural heritage; Marco Colzani, artisan of chocolate and fine foods; and Marco Purini, coffee expert at Accademia, shared their visions of what it means to create with intention.

In the afternoon, the Accademia became a space for hands-on workshops and tastings, celebrating the excellence of wine, bread, olive oil, chocolate, and coffee. Participants explored the value of time, raw materials, and the human touch that turns everyday products into cultural icons.

Everyday Icons was an invitation to rediscover the beauty of everyday gestures — when guided by passion, knowledge, and respect for the craft.
A celebration of people and practices that shape a more conscious, authentic, and deeply human future.
